Knockout wins climb
- Round of 32 win+16

- Semifinal win+40
- Final win+48
Goals are still worth 1 point each in every knockout round.
Fine print
- Goals count in regulation and extra time. Penalty-shootout kicks are not goals.
- A knockout match decided by shootout still pays the full win points to the shootout winner.
- There are no ties in the knockout rounds — tie points exist in the group stage only.
- The third-place match awards nothing: no win points, no goal points.
- Scores come from ESPN and refresh about once a minute during matches.
